PrintedTags.com's policies may be adjusted from time to time as they need to be refreshed and updated due to technology and other factors but our policies have been tried and true. By using this website, you agree to the terms of use and policies herein. If you have any questions, contact us by phone at 937-609-2768, or .

 


 

Return / Refund Policy

All sales of Custom Tags and Quick Print Tags are final once they are in production. Due to the labor involved in typesetting and pre-press procedures, any refunds on orders are only available if no art files have been prepared for printing and no proofs have been sent. Once a proof has been sent, the sale is final. Every new Custom Tag and Quick Print Tag order or a repeat order with change will have an artwork proof sent that needs to be approved before production will start.

Any sales of Stock Tags and Blank Tags without attachments can be returned but will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 10 business days after your package arrives. All claims must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in new and unused condition upon inspection for a refund to be issued. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will expedite the order for rerun and ship the job at no charge. PrintedTAGS.com reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.

Order Confirmations

PrintedTags.com customer service will confirm all orders with an order acknowledgement and pre-payment document/reciept back to the customer within approximately 48 hours after reciept of a purchase order. PrintedTags.com will provide artwork proofs back to the customer within approximately 48 hours after receipt of orders. Providing proofs back to customers may take longer if the artwork/design is complex or multiple proofs are involved. PrintedTags.com has no liability to the customer in the event that an order claimed to be placed by the customer was not received. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that an order and any and all associated documents have been received and are correct. PrintedTags.com will not accept a "verbal" approval over the phone for an order or to confirm the approval of artwork. All approvals must be recieved in writing/type.

Order Cancellation Charges

If an order is cancelled after we have pre-flighted your art files and have provided proof(s), a $25.00 fee per proof will be charged to your credit card in addition to any plate and material cost consumed during the process of preparing your order.

Order Delays

PrintedTAGS.com assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time or after the scheduled due date. While we strive and do everything we can to meet the expected shipping date provided on the order acknowledgement, is not guaranteed. The ship date provided is our best estimate on a delivery date considering current leadtimes and conditions at the time the order is placed. It may be possible for your order to arrive late due to unforeseen delays due to supply chain issues, the breakdown of equipment, staffing shortages due to COVID/illnesses, etc. We will gladly inform you if your order is still on schedule and provide you with an updated order status and details of where your order is out in production if asked.

Expedited Orders

PrintedTAGS.com produces everything as quickly and efficiently as we can without sacrificing quality. If you need your order by a certain date, please mention this date to customer service during the ordering process and we will be happy to work with you. From time to time as production conditions allow, we do accept expedited orders for a Rush Charge/Fee but this service is not always available. Please note that after your Order Acknowledgment has been sent it is difficult to expedite your order as it has already been placed into our production schedule. If you decide that you need your order sooner once your Order Acknowledgement is received, please let us know immediately.

Shipping Policy

PrintedTAGS.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please verify all ship to addresses as it is difficult to process shipping changes once an order is in production or in transit.  Shipping charges are calculated on a per-package weight basis with volume/dimensions considered. Due to the average weight, volume and size of our average order, most orders will ship by UPS. PrintedTAGS.com Offers various UPS transit times/options when placing an order online. If an order exceeds the limits set by UPS where additional charges will incur, PrintedTAGS.com may reach out to coordinate shipping by LTL/freight in an effor to save you on freight costs. We will use the most economical and reliable LTL freight carrier available at the time your order is ready to ship. We add insurance to each outgoing shipment to cover the replacement cost in the event of damage or loss on behalf of the shipper. We ask that you carefully plan both the anticipated turnaround time and the time to ship to your final destination when placing you order. All orders will ship out of Ohio, USA.

Shipping Damages

PrintedTAGS.com assumes no responsibility once an order leaves our facility. However, if any delays, damages, issues, problems, etc. arise during transit with a carrier, we will gladly get directly involved with the carrier in doing our best to assist in resolve and correct any issues. 

Miscellaneous Shipping Fees

If we are supplied with an incorrect or incomplete address and/or an address must be changed after an order ships, any and all addiitional charges from the carrier will apply. Charges will vary based on conditions and carriers' policies.

Blind & Drop Shipping

All of our orders ship standard under the name PrintedTAGS.com with our address provided on the shipping label. From time to time, packages may include our promotional materials inside or on the outside of each box unless expressly requested at the time of order to ship "Blind" or "Drop Ship"

Privacy Policy

To enhance the overall customer experience and to communicate with our customers, PrintedTags.com collects visitor information that you provide when submitting any inquiries, forms or request made online and through email contact. Session data collected from the website pages you visit is used to modify and improve the content and usability of our website.

Contact information such as names, addresses and phone numbers are only used to communicate with customers when completing transactions and fulfilling your request (e.g. shipping, quoting and customer notifications). Transaction details and history about the products you purchase are recorded so that we can provide you with the best quality of service possible. If you have created a user account, you can view your order history and edit or delete your contact information online.

Payment information (e.g. credit card holder information) is not stored online with PrintedTags.com. Any payment information provided is securely destroyed after each transaction.Online payments are securely passed to and processed by a payment service provider. All transaction information sent between PrintedTAGS.com and the payment system is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. Cardholder information is never passed unencrypted; messages sent to the shopping cart from the payment server are digitally signed to prevent tampering.
