All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless no files have been prepared for printing and no proof has been sent.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 10 business days after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for inspection. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. PrintedTAGS.com reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.
PrintedTags.com will confirm all orders, pre-payment documents and artwork proofs back to the customer within approximately 48 hours after receipt of orders. PrintedTags.com has no liability to the customer in the event that an order claimed to be placed by the customer was not received. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that an order and any and all associated documents have been received and are correct.

If an order is cancelled after we have pre-flighted your files and have provided proof(s), a $25.00 fee per proof will be charged to your credit card. Plus any plate and material cost.

PrintedTAGS.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer and assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected shipping date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product weight basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. We will add insurance to each outgoing shipment to cover the replacement cost in the event of damage or loss on behalf of the shipper. We ask that you carefully plan both the anticipated turnaround time and the time to ship to your final destination as it is very difficult to process Shipping Changes once an order has been placed.
PrintedTAGS.com does not charge a fee for rush production – we produce everything as quickly and efficiently as we can without losing quality. If you need your order by a certain date, please mention this date during the order process and we will be happy to work with you. If you decide you need your order sooner, after your Order Acknowledgment has been received, please let us know within 1 Business day and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that after your Order Acknowledgment has been sent it is more difficult to expedite your order as it has already been placed into our production schedule. Make certain to account for time for shipping when placing your order, and pay for expedited shipment at the time of sale if needed: all orders ship out of Ohio, USA.
We are happy to ship an order UPS or FedEx Ground on Account (Collect, 3rdParty, etc.). However, any order that requires expedited shipping will not be shipped On Account.
Split shipments are $12.00 per address additional, plus the cost of freight to each address.
If we are supplied with an incorrect or incomplete address, charges may apply. Charges vary based on conditions.
We do not currently offer free shipping and handling.
All of our orders ship under the name PrintedTAGS.com and with our promotional materials inside each box unless expressly requested at the time of order to ship "Blind" or "Drop Ship".

To enhance the shopping experience and communicate with customers, PrintedTags.com collects visitor information that you provide when submitting any inquiries or request made online and through email contact. Session data collected from the pages you visit is used to customize and improve the content and usability of our website.
Contact information such as names, addresses and phone numbers are used to communicate with customers when completing transactions and fulfilling your request (e.g. shipping, quoting and customer notification). Transaction details and information about the products you purchase are recorded so that we can provide you with quality service. If you have created a user account, you can view your order history and edit or delete your contact information online. Payment information (e.g. credit card holder information) is not stored online with PrintedTags.com.
Online payments are securely passed to and processed by a payment service provider. All transaction information passed between PrintedTAGS.com and the payment system is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. Cardholder information is never passed unencrypted; messages sent to the shopping cart from the payment server are digitally signed to prevent tampering.
